Wellbeing is about more than staying physically healthy. At Fellowship Square Mesa, our approach supports the whole person, with opportunities to stay active, build connections, focus on your health, and continue doing the things that give your days meaning.

From fitness and wellness programs to convenient access to healthcare services and technology that supports safety and independence, residents have resources right on campus to help them feel their best and stay engaged in their wellbeing.

Wellness that goes beyond physical health

Living well means caring for your whole self — body, mind, and spirit. Staying connected with others, exploring your interests, continuing to learn, and nurturing your sense of purpose can all be meaningful parts of living well.

At Fellowship Square Mesa, residents have opportunities to connect and engage in ways that reflect their individual interests. Bible studies and fellowship groups support spiritual wellbeing and connection, while writing groups, arts and crafts, educational seminars, and resident-led programs offer opportunities to learn, create, share, and build friendships.

    Technology that supports your wellbeing

As a Helpany Certified Community, Fellowship Square Mesa has thoughtfully integrated technology to support resident safety, wellbeing, and independence. Nicknamed Paul, Helpany's AI-powered fall-prevention technology uses discreet sensors to monitor movement and activity patterns without cameras.

By identifying changes that may indicate an increased risk of falling, Paul helps team members recognize potential concerns early and determine whether additional support, such as strength training or physical therapy, may be beneficial.

Paul is available as an optional service for Independent Living residents and is also used to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Working quietly in the background, this innovative technology provides an added layer of reassurance while keeping the focus on personalized care and resident wellbeing.
