A Secure Memory Care Community in Mesa
Reflections is thoughtfully designed to help residents feel comfortable, supported, and secure while continuing to move through their day with as much independence as possible.
Our secure Memory Care setting includes comfortable living spaces, activity and socializing areas, and two secure outdoor courtyards where residents can enjoy fresh air and Arizona sunshine. Around-the-clock staffing and thoughtfully integrated safety features provide additional reassurance for residents and families.
Specialized dementia care from a trained team
Our dedicated Memory Care staff are Certified Dementia Professionals (CDPs) with specialized training in dementia care and an understanding of the complexities of supporting individuals experiencing memory loss.
We understand that witnessing changes in someone you love can be difficult and sometimes overwhelming. Having a knowledgeable, compassionate team available around the clock can give families greater confidence while allowing them to spend more time being a spouse, daughter, son, sibling, or friend.

Reflections offers two levels of Memory Care services, with support tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Essential Services
Essential Services provide light assistance with activities of daily living and everyday routines. Our certified caregivers provide personalized support based on each resident’s assessed needs, helping residents maintain as much independence as possible in their daily lives.

Elite Services
Elite Services provides a higher level of assistance with activities of daily living throughout the day. Our certified caregivers provide support with mobility, bathing, toileting, dressing, meal selection in the dining room, medication management, and other daily needs based on each resident’s personalized care plan.
Understanding Memory Care Pricing
Memory Care pricing at Reflections includes two components: the monthly apartment base rate and the level of care services each resident requires.
The Base Monthly Rate covers the apartment and a variety of services and amenities, listed below. The Monthly Service Rate reflects the individualized support identified through each resident's health assessment and personalized care plan.

Once the appropriate level of Memory Care services is determined, the total monthly cost is calculated by combining two rates:
Base Monthly Rate + Monthly Service Rate = Total Monthly Cost

Reflections Memory Care features companion suites, which offer the reassurance of having someone nearby and the comfort and connection that come from another person’s presence. Private suites may also be available; contact our team for current availability and additional information.
Residents are encouraged to personalize their space with familiar furniture, photographs, artwork, and other meaningful belongings. In companion suites, each resident has a wall-mounted smart monitor on their side of the suite that can display a rotating collection of personal and family photos, helping keep familiar faces and special memories present throughout the day. These personal touches help create a greater sense of familiarity, comfort, and belonging while making the space feel more like home.

We're proud to be a Helpany-Certified Community, using innovative technology that supports residents' wellbeing, safety, and independence.
Helpany's AI-powered fall prevention system, known as "Paul," continuously monitors gait, sleep, and movement patterns to detect potential fall risks or changes in condition. Paul works without cameras or microphones, instead utilizing AI technology to ensure that each resident's privacy and dignity are always respected.
This technology supports the work of our caring team. If Paul detects a change in condition or an increase in fall risk, our caregivers are notified right away. This technology has helped us reduce falls by 80% and enables us to respond faster when residents need help.
