Memory Care

Reflections at Fellowship Square

Reflections at Fellowship Square offers specialized Memory Care in a secure, nurturing environment where every resident is treated with patience, dignity, and respect.

Every smile has a story

The people we cherish are far more than a diagnosis. They are parents, spouses, veterans, teachers, neighbors, artists, caregivers, and storytellers. They are the people whose lives have shaped the families around them.

At Reflections Memory Care, we take a person-centered approach. We build relationships before we create routines. We take the time to understand the person behind the smile before we provide care.

Exceptional memory care starts with exceptional training.

Our caregivers receive specialized training designed to deepen their understanding of dementia and strengthen their ability to respond with patience, empathy, and confidence.

Through a comprehensive, eight-module training program, team members explore emotional intelligence, trauma-informed care, and practical approaches to understanding and responding to dementia-related behaviors. This hands-on education helps caregivers recognize individual needs, navigate challenging situations, and create a calmer, more supportive environment for residents.

With the right knowledge and tools, our caregivers can build stronger connections, provide meaningful reassurance, and approach each interaction with compassion and understanding.

A Daughter’s Testimonial:

"The employees are wonderful; they are a family. My mom received the best care. When we visited Mom, the employees were so friendly and helpful. We were able to see how they worked to keep her and the other residents actively engaged in crafts, Bible study, exercises, and other activities. We are thankful for the special care our mom received."

  • Personalized memory support

Every person experiencing memory loss has a unique story, personality, and set of needs. Our Memory Care program is built around individualized support that honors each resident’s life experiences. By focusing on their daily comfort and anticipating their needs rather than responding to them ensures that our residents experience a high quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.

Residents receive personalized care plans developed through collaboration between families and our Memory Support team. These plans evolve over time, ensuring support remains appropriate as needs change.

  • Purposeful daily structure

Within Reflections, daily life is guided by purpose and routine. Residents enjoy engaging activities, comforting surroundings, and caregivers who approach every moment with warmth and attentiveness. Consistent daily routines help residents feel secure, reduce anxiety, and encourage engagement. Families find peace of mind knowing their loved one is surrounded by people who genuinely care and are trained to make a meaningful difference each day.

Living with dementia doesn't mean sacrificing joy, connection, or fulfillment. Every smile begins with a meaningful moment. Every day is intentionally designed to encourage connection, spark familiar memories, engage the mind, and celebrate the person behind the diagnosis.

  • Safe & secure environment

Our Reflections Memory Care neighborhoods are thoughtfully designed to provide safety while still feeling warm and welcoming. Comfortable gathering spaces, clear pathways, and supportive supervision allow residents to move about freely while remaining in a secure environment.

Our trained team members are available throughout the day and night, offering both attentive care and the reassurance families need to feel confident in their loved one’s support.

  • Support for families

Memory loss affects the entire family, and support shouldn’t stop with the resident. We work closely with families to provide communication, education, and encouragement throughout the journey.

Entrusting your loved one to our compassionate care allows you to transition from the role of caregiver to a supportive family member, allowing you to build a new kind of relationship.

This shift lets you focus on creating meaningful moments and cherishing your time together, freeing you from carrying the entire weight of caregiving alone. After all, you and your loved one are more than their diagnosis.

Families are always welcome to stay involved, participate in activities, and remain connected to their loved one’s daily life.
