No two residents need exactly the same kind of support. That’s why Assisted Living at The Oasis begins with understanding you: your needs, preferences, routines, and the areas where a little help could make everyday life easier.
Our team works with you and your family to determine the appropriate level of support and develop a personalized care plan. Assistance may include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, medication management, and other activities of daily living.
As your needs change, your care plan changes with you, helping you continue to receive the right support while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Three levels of Assisted Living services

Essential Services | Level 1
With Essential services, our certified caregivers provide light assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents receiving Essential services must be able to ambulate without staff assistance, toilet, bathe, and dress independently, communicate needs, and make safety decisions appropriately.

Enhanced Services | Level 2
Enhanced services provide moderate assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming and dressing, incontinence management, and medication reminders. Residents receiving Enhanced services must be able to summon help and communicate care needs to staff.

Elite Services | Level 3
Elite services provide a higher level of assistance with activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, selecting menu items in the dining room, and medication management. Residents who require Elite services may be unable to recognize danger, summon assistance, or make basic care decisions.
How Assisted Living Pricing Works
Our Assisted Living pricing includes two components: the monthly apartment base rate and the level of care services a resident requires. This approach allows residents to choose the apartment that fits their lifestyle while receiving the right level of support from our caregiving team.
Assisted Living Base Rate
The base rate is determined by the apartment home you choose. This monthly rate includes many everyday services and amenities designed to make daily life comfortable and convenient.
Residents' monthly base rent includes:
- Three meals daily in a full-service dining room
- Planned social, recreational, and wellness activities
- Certified caregivers available 24/7
- Emergency call system for added peace of mind
- Helpany's AI-powered fall prevention technology
- Utilities (including TV, telephone, & WiFi)

Once the appropriate level of care is determined, the total monthly cost of Assisted Living is calculated by:

The Oasis Assisted Living is proud to be a Helpany-Certified Community, using advanced technology to support residents' safety and independence.
Our AI-powered fall prevention system, nicknamed “Paul,” monitors gait, sleep patterns, and movement to help identify changes in condition or increased fall risk - all without the use of cameras or microphones. If something appears out of the ordinary, our care team is notified immediately, allowing us to respond proactively and provide support when it’s needed most.
This innovative approach adds another layer of reassurance for residents and families, blending technology with compassionate care.

Assisted Living residents receive personalized support based on their individual needs and the care plan established during their assessment. Depending on their care plan and level of services, assistance may include support with activities of daily living, medication management, mobility, personal care, and other everyday needs.
The Base Monthly Rate includes the resident’s apartment, three meals/day plus 2 snacks, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, activities, amenities, and other community services.

Before admission, each resident completes a health assessment with the Assisted Living Manager or nurse. This conversation helps determine which level of care will best support the resident’s needs and daily routines. Receiving the right level of care plays an important role in maintaining health, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
Care plans are reviewed regularly and updated as needs change. This thoughtful approach allows residents to continue living with confidence while receiving the support that helps them feel their best each day.

Independent Living is designed for residents who want a maintenance-free lifestyle with access to services, amenities, and social opportunities.
Assisted Living provides those same benefits, along with additional support for daily activities such as medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining as much independence as possible.

Yes. Pets are welcome in Assisted Living at Fellowship Square Mesa for an additional monthly fee. A non-refundable pet deposit is required upon move-in.
