The Reflections neighborhood is located within the same gated community as Fellowship Square Phoenix. It is designed to support residents living with memory loss in a setting that feels comfortable and reassuring.

To promote safety and address wandering behaviors, access to the building is secured with coded entry. This added layer of protection helps residents move freely within their environment while providing families confidence that their loved one is safe.

Reflections provides Elite services (also known as Level 3 or Directed Care), including personalized support for daily routines, a secure environment, 24/7 caregiver availability, and purposeful activities designed for individuals living with dementia.

Private studios and companion suites

We offer private and companion suites to create a personalized living experience tailored to your loved one's needs. For some residents, sharing a suite is beneficial, as having a companion can alleviate the anxiety of being alone. Every room includes a private bathroom and shower.

Non-Refundable Community Fee: $3,500

Pharmacy Mgmt. Fee: $300/month (Fee applies if a resident uses a service other than our in-house pharmacy)
