Cost Comparison Tool

Many seniors are surprised to discover that Independent Living can be more predictable and often more cost-effective than maintaining a private home. For example, when you factor in:

  • Mortgage or rent
  • Property taxes
  • Utilities
  • Home maintenance and repairs
  • Landscaping
  • Groceries
  • Transportation
  • Home or renter's insurance

At Fellowship Square, many of those expenses are combined into a single predictable monthly payment.
